MoDEL - RAF Northolt

Regional Building Control has been selected as Building Control Adviser (BCA) to the £150 million development of RAF Northolt.
RBC will carry out the Building Regulation compliance checks, which involves full plan examination and site inspection.
In August 2006 Defence Estates awarded VINCI/St Modwen (VSM) Estates Ltd the main MoDEL contract for this prestigious development.
The work has been separated into two phases; phase one has now commenced and includes construction of new hangars, workshops, fire station, air historical branch, defence aviation safety centre, squadron office building, workshop, single living accommodation and alterations/annexe to the officers mess.
The main contractor undertaking phase 1 of the project is Norwest Holst.
