Our Company

The origins of RBC Ltd date back to 1997 with one office in Enfield. We now have national coverage throughout England and Wales with strategically placed offices. The vision and ambition of the founders of RBC has been a major contribution to the success of the company, which has now become one of the main players in building control.

RBC is approved by the Government to carry-out the full functions of Building Control as a Corporate Approved Inspector (CAI), as defined in the Building Act 1984.

RBC is an independent and proactive company, aiming to integrate with the design and construction teams ensuring that both the needs of the client and the Building Regulations are met in the most effective and efficient way possible.

Our careful recruitment programme over the past years of experienced professional surveyors has created a strong and highly qualified team. This and our investment in a ‘bespoke’ IT Virtual Private Network system have given us a leading edge in terms of project management, performance standards, administration and rapid communication.
