The Latymer School, Edmonton, London

The project was a sports hall complex for one of the top rated schools in UK. The work consisted of building a new Olympic sized sports hall with adjoining 2 storey training and teaching rooms with a new dining room and kitchen for the school.
The construct was a steel framed building using traditional foundations and pre-cast concrete floors. The building required air testing under the new Part L.
All Hallows Catholic High School, Macclesfield, Cheshire
Cruickshank & Seward Ltd, F Parkinson Ltd The project comprises of a three storey detached building linked to an existing school premises.
The building provides an additional 2,200 sq.m of mainly scientific laboratories for use in conjunction with the school. The building control commission was to provide approval for the complete works.
The architects are Cruickshank and Seward, a very well established practice based in Manchester. There is a sports hall extension planned for next year.

Jarvis Construction (UK) Ltd, Willmore Iles This was an enlargement of the University residential campus, it consisted of numerous new build 3 or 4 storey blocks of dorms. The construction was traditional brick and pre-cast concrete construction.

Coventry University “Student First” building
The Design Buro & HB Architects, Herbert Baggaley Construction Ltd
Development of a modern two storey steel framed building with a curved aluminium roof. It provides a new student information and registration centre for the expanding Coventry University. The building draws together new and old as it sits between the university library and the Whitefriars Monastery near the centre of this historic city.
