New Hall Lane PrestonThis mixed use site consists of 3 simultaneous phases. Phase I is a 1000sq.m leisure unit. Phase II is a 1000sq.m retail unit at ground floor with 40 2/3 bedroom apartment on floors 1, 2 and 3. Phase III is a 4 storey retail block of 42 2/3 bedroom apartments.

As these projects straddle the introduction of the new Part L2006 RBC has worked pro-actively within the design team to keep everyone up to date with the implications of the new regulations and ensure that the most economic and effective methods of compliance are utilised.

New York House, Leeds

A mixed use development adding to the general redevelopment of Leeds Headrow district consisting of 5,000sq.ft of ground floor retail and 50 apartments on the upper 4 floors.

RBC have worked closely with LEDA to develop a fire strategy for this building that allows the client to achieve a free flowing design for the apartments as well as maintaining a high standard of life safety.

Galliard Homes

New residential tower blocks, ranging from 14 to 25 storeys, facing Canary Wharf. This project has the mayor of London’s approval, incorporating eco-homes compliance and minimal car parking.

New 25 storey, 512 residential unit tower block, in the heart of Millharbour, abutting the waterfront. The project includes a three storey open basement for car parking with jet propulsion fire engineered ventilation system.
