South East Regional Prime PriDE
Regional Building Control Ltd has been appointed as Building Control Advisers for the South East Regional Prime. (PriDE)
PriDE is an Interserve/Southern Electric Contracting (SEC) joint venture which has recently been awarded by the Ministry of Defence (MOD)'s Prime Contract covering London and the South East of England.
RBC's role will be undertaking plan checking and site inspection on projects across numerous military bases within the region, including auditing of small works and some training in respect of Building Regulatory matters.

Regional Building Control have been appointed as Building Control Adviser (BCA) to carry out the Building Regulation compliance checks which involves full plan examination and site inspection on this prestigious development.

In August 2006 Defence Estates awarded VINCI/St Modwen (VSM) Estates Ltd, the main MoDEL contract which involves the investment of £150 million in the development of RAF Northolt.
The work has been separated into two phases; phase one has now commenced and includes construction of new hangars, workshops, fire station, air historical branch, defence aviation safety centre, squadron office building, workshop, single living accommodation and alterations/annexe to the officers mess.
The main contractor undertaking phase 1 of the project is Norwest Holst.
