The following are examples of projects we have recently completed
Chichester High School Halls
University of Chichester, West Sussex
The project was to redevelop the existing Chichester High School site to provide Student Accommodation for Chichester University. The external façade of the original building to the East and North were the only elements retained to comply with Listed Building requirements. The building behind the façade is a completely new building providing accommodation over three floors.
Chamberlain Hall
University of Southampton
Our team was appointed to provide Building Control services for a new development of 356 student bedrooms across five new halls of residence. This phased development is located within the Glen Eyre Halls complex on the University’s campus. The layout provides a series of connected external spaces that retain the existing vegetation, where possible.

Halls and Catering Re-Development
University of Reading
A major development of the campus to provide over 1,800 student rooms. This phase consisted of two new halls of residence providing accommodation for students over six storeys in addition to a catering hub and administration centre. The scheme had to meet very high energy efficiency standards.
