Key account manager to act as your single point of contact

We work alongside our clients and their teams, across the full spectrum of the commercial market, including business parks and office use developments.  Fast track projects are common within this market sector and we tailor our Building Control Service to suit our client's specific needs.

Working with a number of the UK's leading developers and investors we have gained considerable experience within the commercial market.  We use these skills to enhance projects and add value to office development and refurbishment projects, from shell and core developments through to complete refurbishment.

RBC were appointed to provide full Building Control services for the conversion of an existing factory into an elegant, open plan office with a fresh airy feel. The roof of the building was rebuilt, insulated and weathered in single ply to look like lead.  The building has been sympathetically restored to match the surrounding residential properties.
  • Cannington Court

RBC worked with BDG Architects, MACE and EDF Energy on the restoration and refurbishment of Grade I, 900 year old Priory building in Somerset. Initially, this was home to a Benedictine nunnery and latterly a college. The project has created training and accommodation facilities for EDF and has included detailed restoration of the Priory building.
