A £20 million community hospital and health centre has seen the development of a 7000 square metre, state of the art facility that replaced the Ashbourne Health Centre on Compton Street and St Oswald's Community Hospital.
It benefits over 35,000 local people. Southern Derbyshire Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT), a public private partnership was responsible for the design, planning, development and maintenance.

RBC have worked on numerous projects with modular healthcare specialist MTX, throughout England and Wales, to create fast delivery ward space and operating theatres. The above project provided a significant extension to the existing building and was completed on site in under four months.
This £30m new build, state-of-the-art Cancer Centre will be able to provide 16,000 radiotherapy and 4,600 chemotherapy treatments a year, allowing patients to receive treatment close to home rather than having to make the trip to central London. RBC worked alongside the design and construction team to ensure an HTM 05-02 compliant building was delivered on time and the centre opened in early 2017.
The Charnwood Health Centre caters for up to 50,000 patients and provides a range of health services. The centre was built as part of a public-private partnership and leased to the NHS.

RBC has been appointed by Galliford Try to provide Building Control expertise as part of the construction group’s 20 year framework partnering agreement with Liverpool & Sefton Health Partnership Ltd (LSHP).
RBC was a valued member of the design and build team to create this £30 million state-of-the-art Community Hospital for Hampshire Primary Care Trust. The project was a Private Finance Initiative constructed on a sensitive site, bordering a Site of Special Scientific Interest and the Lymington River.
Set within the vibrant Tooting community, Springfield University Hospital is part of one of the largest mental healthcare institutions in the UK. It is also one of the few remaining underdeveloped 19th century county asylum estates still in use.
