Belgrade Plaza, Coventry

RBC applied its expertise to this prestigious £20 million development.  Built to a height covering 15 floors, the building provides a new leisure, culture and entertainment quarter in Coventry's city centre.

RBC were appointed by Galliard Homes to provide full Building Control services for a development known as The Chilterns. This is a prestigious development which consists of 44 exquisite apartments that have been expertly designed to combine the highest technical specifications; a gymnasium, cinema, shops, library and car parking.

Denmark Street, Altrincham

The project comprises of a four-storey detached building combining mixed use areas of cinema auditoria and concourse, two restaurants and an office suite plus an underground car park.  The building control commission was to provide approval for the shell build with the internal fit out work approved separately.

John Sisk & Sons Ltd

New Hall Lane, Preston

This mixed use site consists of 3 simultaneous phases. Phase 1 is a 1000 sqm leisure unit. Phase 2 is a 1000 sqm retail unit at ground floor with 40 two and three bedroom apartments on the first, second and third floors. Phase 3 is a four storey retail block of 42 two and three bedroom apartments.

Howell Goodfellow, Pullman Associates

New York House, Leeds

A mixed-use development adding to the general redevelopment of Leeds Headrow district consisting of ground floor retail and apartments on the upper four floors.

Richard Boothroyd Associates, Atkins Design, Gleeds

Newbury Parkway, Berkshire

RBC worked with the Building Design Partnership headed by the Shearer Property Group and Standard Life Investments, for a major mixed-use regeneration scheme of Newbury town centre. The £120 million redevelopment of the 5.7 acre site includes 270,000 sq ft of retail space comprising major department stores for Debenhams, John Lewis, large fashion stores, a mix of medium and smaller retail units, and catering outlets. There is also a major residential component and car parking for up to 600 cars.

Poplar Business Park, London

A mixed use development consisting of 4 blocks of 24, 24, 12 and 6-storey towers.  The accommodation consists mainly of residential apartments with commercial use to the ground and part first floors. There is limited basement car parking that is designed to discourage the use of cars.
