Berkshire
- A £1.2 million development in South East London comprising the construction of a new three store block comprising of six two bedroom and three one bedroom flats
- Refurbishment of existing office building and construction of a new shipping container workshop in Essex
- £2.5 million development in Guildford comprising of a new detached dwelling and detached garage
- £5 million development in Hampshire consisting of the construction of new farmstead with of a new house, a replacement land management building with yard and stable block
- £1.5 million development a new dining room at The Pavilion Dining Room in Oxfordshire
- A £2.5 million conversion of the existing sawmill into a new Englefield Estate Office in Berkshire
Havant
- £11 million re-development of a hotel in Oxfordshire. Phase 1 works including partial refurbishment works to main building complex, provision of arrivals lodge, development of overall upgrading of the hotel
- Refurbishment and rea extension to a private residential property in Surrey
London
- Construction of a Virtual Studio inside the existing 19th floor, including new fire escape stair, technical area, pantry and toilets to a large hotel in West London
- Full refurbishment of ground floor at basement to a commercial property in West London
- Full fit-out of a retail unit in West London
Manchester
- Refurbishment of existing infinity house to form staff offices and associates accommodation to a commercial property in Crewe
- Various refurbishment projects at a large hospital in Crew, including:
- Refurbishment of an existing ML office block
- Refurbishment con reconfiguration of school of nursing office area
- Re-roofing works to Landry, laundry corridor and kitchen
- Refurbishment to create a 12 single bed ward
- Refurbishment & reconfiguration of staff laundry/estates/workshop area to form staff offices, workshop & laundry at ground floor & training area at first floor
Waltham Abbey
- Refurbishment of existing premises to create an office space in Essex
- Refurbishment of detached house including construction of rear extension, construction of outbuilding and loft conversion to a private property in North West London
- A £2.3 million project to replace the existing roof and installation of new rainwater drainage and associated below ground drainage works to a school in North London
