New Projects Awarded to RBC

A small selection of projects awarded to RBC in May and June 2022:

  • £8 million refurbishment of existing dilapidated building and conversion into new photographic studios with ancillary office with refurbishment facilities in London
  • £2 million refurbishment of an existing retail unit in West London
  • £5 million development of 30 new build residential dwellings in Reading
  • Refurbishment to two ground floor areas at Westminster University
  • Refurbishment of farm house across all 3 floors, including new heating system, new electrics, replacement of windows and retiling of roof in Reading
  • Complete refurbishment of original house, internal alterations and a new pool house building in Berkshire
  • Construction of two storey building comprising of a ground floor car showroom, first floor offices, 3 single storey industrial units, new vehicular access and associated parking, Ascot
  • Residential development of three new build houses, Hampshire
  • Refurbishment project to divide the existing large industrial unit into four smaller units. Works to new floor slab to the main unit (B3 & B4), new WC's, pedestrian, and roller shutter door access to each unit, Oxfordshire
  • £2.5 million project consisting rear extension, internal alterations and enclosure of front porch, Hampshire
  • £100 million, new build high rise tower scheme, up to 28 storeys including ground, to provide a mixed use scheme of Build to Rent and Commercial accommodation in Bournemouth
  • Conversion of care home to dwelling, along with internal and external alterations and extension in Surrey
  • A £1.5 million development of 8 x semi-detached dwelling houses and associated parking and landscaping, Surrey
  • £2 million refurbishment and reconfiguration of exiting individual retail related offices and storage areas of 28-30 to provide first and third floor office spaces for use by single occupancy tenant in London
  • £25 million refurbishment and extension of an existing office building in Surrey
  • £1.2 million ground floor rear extensions, loft conversion with dormers, elevation alterations, along with internal refurbishment of existing dwelling in Surrey
  • Construction of a new dwelling with associated buildings and landscaping in Surrey
  • Refurbishment of teaching spaces to provide clinical teaching spaces and staff meeting and welfare facilities at University of Portsmouth, Hampshire
  • Reconfiguration to the atrium to form a new fire stair, external signage and rotating door upgrades at University of Portsmouth, Hampshire
  • A £3.8 million development of three new build, five bedroom houses in Surrey
  • £1.3 million extension and alterations to a private residence in Surrey
  • A new development of 4 residences in Hampshire
  • Conversion of a barn and stables to one residential dwelling, Hampshire
  • Extensions and alterations within the reception, courtyard and rear classroom areas to a school in Coventry
  • A £13.6 million project comprising the construction of a part two/part three storey building incorporating roof terraces, plant deck and green roof using 3D volumetric modular units. All foundation/drainage sub-structure works, the modular super structure and electric substation at an Innovation Centre in South East London
  • New 2-storey modular building to house existing wards within the existing Leighton Hospital grounds. The works also require a new 2 storey link to the existing Hospital street in Crew
  • Replacement of existing basement boiler plant with new plant in a new boiler room at ground floor level. Includes windows being replaced with acoustic louvres in West London
  • £10 million development comprising the erection of a residential development comprising four multi-storey blocks, totaling 469 apartments and associated infrastructure, East London
  • £2 million project for the conversion of a building from commercial toa hotel, South West London
  • Fit out of first, second, third and part eighteenth floor offices and roof terrace to a commercial building in Birmingham
  • Full internal strip out including suspended ceilings and partitions; to refurbish & re-fit the interior to provide specialist teaching and classroom spaces and staff office to a school in West London
  • A £45 million development comprising the demolition of existing car park and erection of new mixed-use development in East London
  • Roof extension to form additional residential units to an apartment block in London
  • £7 million project to convert a car park into a hotel in West London
  • New development of 52 new build residential units in South West London
  • New mixed use development to provide 20 residential units in South West London
